Summary: not very good at what it does 2008-12-12

Comment: this unit looks cool. too ad it doesn't work very well. the top heating elements are exposed but the bottom ones are not, so the bottom does not toast as much as the top. there is no way to just preheat it without the timer running. the toast settings are inadaquate for toasting. don't buy this
