Comment: This is a great product if you like to have toast or muffins and poached eggs. This unit cooks the toast/muffin and eggs to finish at the same time. It works fine as a stand alone toaster but it's footprint is a little bigger than a stand alone toaster.

Comment: This toaster is great! It's easy to use and easy to clean (the egg stuff is dishwasher safe). The best part for us is that the kids feel so grown-up because they can cook their own eggs AND we don't have to worry about them burning the house down (the oldest is 8 and we have a gas range).
The size of this toaster was a bit of an issue. We had to rearrange things in the kitchen, but it was worth it for us! If you have limited counter space, you might want to consider the smaller, 2-slot version of this toaster.

Comment: When searching for a replacement toaster I read some reviews that suggested that toasters could poach eggs. We thought that it was a joke at first but our high school senior and I dug deeper into the research.
This toaster is amazing. It has a special setting which toasts bagels perfectly and poaches eggs at the same time. So our son has a fast healthy warm home-made breakfast to start his day. It can steam breakfast meats too. Although bigger than most toasters it is light weight and Clean-up is easy. The price on Amazon.com makes it a real bargain. The toaster is the envy of all of our friends.

Comment: First I should say that the egg pouching thing is a cool addition and it works fine.
But my main problem with this toaster is that it's power settings (the nobs that you set to color of your toast with) are not as reliable as you want. I mean you set it to something and the first four toasts are more or less what you want but the second series are much darker.
Every 10 to 20 times that you run the thing you get completely burned toast.
Over all if I was to buy again, and I wanted to spend the same price I WOULD BUT IT AGAIN FOR THE PRICE, it is worth the price.
