This professional style roaster is the perfect way to cook succulent meat every time. The large roaster is charcoal heated with no electrical parts and is great for adding wood smoking chips for extra flavor. The outside is made from treated, natural wood for outdoor use and lined with galvanized metal to withstand high heat. This roaster is completely portable and features two, heavy duty wheels on one side and handles on the other so it can be easily moved. This roaster is ideal for pig barbecues and includes four oven mitts and a flavor injecting syringe.

This is the best, in time and the way it cooks, I have the number 1 box, and it is prefect, i have done pork shouders and a 50 pound pig and they have come out great. Also it is a easy clean up.

We ordered this at 5:00 p.m., one night and by the next day we had it delivered - we did not ask for overnight - it was wonderful. The unit is good with perhaps one flaw. The aluminum top is a little flimsy. The heat warped it.

The unit was easy to assemble. The cooking instructions were easy to follow. It really did a great job of cooking the pig. The skin crisps up wonderfully. This was the one and only pig I have ever cooked and it turned out awesome! I am going to try turkeys in the spring.
