Love the color but this is a lightweight low quality frying pan. I used wooden or silicon utensils to prevent scratches but the non-stick did start to peel off - had to trash it since once it does that it's toxic. I always used low heat when cooking and was very careful not to scratch the surface. The coating came off in pin hole type marks - not sure if I just got a bad one but I switched to a higher quality pink frying pan (see my reviews) and am much happier with them. I don't recommend this.
Perfect Addition to My Cookware!,

A perfect addition to the Bialetti 8-piece set, this pan is light in weight, yet well constucted. I've had mine for six months and I use it every day. The handle is solidly attached and hasn't loosened at all, as so many handles do. The teflon non-stick interior is perfect for the low-fat cooking that I do. Just be sure to use silicone utensils, even for scrambling eggs, as any teflon-coated pan can scratch. The color is a soft pink, not at all garish. I'm quite satisfied with this addition to my cookware.
