Comment: This is a so-so product. The knobs are hard to turn, especially when your hands are wet, and that happens more often than not in the kitchen. It is a major drawback. The bottom surface is not easy to remove for cleaning.

Comment: This little toaster oven came in 5 boxes, LOL. It works great for our office. I would also recommend it for home. You can't ask for a better little toaster oven for the price.

Comment: My first mistake was to not read all the reviews - I thought Black & Decker, I couldn't go wrong. I was wrong. It's made of tin, with no handles to move. My toast is either black or undone. You can't leave the room for a minute when it's on because the bread can start smoking and catch on fire (mine did this morning). I'm very disappointed in this product. After having several B & D toaster ovens over the years I thought even inexpensive would be good, but I was mistaken. I've donating it to charity (with the caveat to stay near by) and getting a new one.

Comment: As some other dissatisfied reviewers have said, this toaster oven BURNS EVERYTHING. I've tried to adjust it for months now -- which the manual helpfully says is somehow the USER's problem -- and it either burns or undercooks. The knobs have utterly useless indentations; if my hands are the least bit greasy or slippery, it is impossible to turn them without using a paper towel. This was never a problem with my old B&D Spacesaver toaster oven. The supplied pan makes a very loud noise when it gets hot in the oven -- I thought the door had cracked the first time it happened -- and "warps". It then makes another loud noise when it cools and flattens out again. The old one never did that (maybe because the old one never overheated).
No matter how I set the toast function, it burns that too. I'm in the process of writing to the company and demanding a replacement. This is one of the worst (and potentially most dangerous) products I've ever bought. Would have expected more from B&D, whose products I've used for decades.

Comment: Received on time. The toaster oven is wonderful me, as I am alone & don't need to turn on the big oven anymore. Perfect for even a small pizza. Thank you Amazon again for wonderful service.
