Comment: The heating and temperature aspects of the product are well designed, convenient and work consistently well. The only real disappointment is the fact that the oven does not come with a solid metal sheet to hold certain items which cannot be well supported by the grill shelf (and only shelf) which comes with the unit. Otherwise, a very good product and value.

Comment: The toaster oven is more complicated to run than our older model. One has to hit start than function and start again to use the product. The old non digital model, one just had to pick the function type of heat and start.

Installation of the new product under the cabinet was not bad. The template for drilling holes was fine and setting up the spacers and tightening the bolts was no problem. Clicking this model into the struts to hold it was more complicated than it should have been. It took longer to do this than the older model. This one had to be put into position and clicked up. It took a while to do this. The older model was easier, you just had to slide it into place.

Once installed and we started to use the oven it works fine with no problems.

Comment: As has been said before numerous times, the instructions for installation are quite bad. On top of that if your cabinet has a 3/4'' inch overhang it does not come with the screws which are long enough, even though the instructions seem to suggest that they do. I would recommend that you get 3 inch long screws even before you start installation if your cabinets have a overhang. The screws with this toaster are metric screws but my ACE harware did not have 3 inch metric screws. However, 10-32 machine screws work too and most hardware stores should have it.

The toaster itself seems to work quite well and I am happy with it now that it is installed!

Comment: This oven was exactly what I was looking for, its great looking and does a great job, even cooking. I read reviews before I purchased and did know that the screws that come with the oven are too short. The local hardware store did not have the size I needed. Eventually I got it installed with the original screws after more than one hour of frustration. It would have been simple if screws were 1/8 longer.

Comment: I had an old version that broke so I wanted another spacesaver toaster oven for the same location. I thought that years later the newer version would be even better than my old one. The digital part is great and it matches my new stainless steel appliances. The negatives are that: (1) it is smaller inside than the old one, (2) it didn't come with a tray that fits in the new size oven. Wondered why they made the inside smaller. Had a hard time finding a tray to fit. Old one could toast 6 slices of bread.
