Don't buy this oven for meringue based cookies-- the fan is way to strong and blows them all over the place--lopsided and browned too quickly while raw in the center. Tried several different time/temp adjustments but it still browns them way to fast with uncooked centers. Had the same problem with mini cupcakes-- cake batter just about exploded in the oven, burned on the rims and raw in the centers. Not good eats folks. And it is noisy.
