Everybody seems to want a domed roasting pan, so we have obliged! The Calphalon Classic Nonstick 16" Roasting pan features a domed lid large enough that you should be able to fit a 16lb bird under it! The pan features a nonstick interior for easy cleaning and a flat nonstick roasting rack (that can also double as a cooling rack). The 98.7% pure aluminum construction of both the pan and it's lid ensure consistent heating throughout. The dome on the lid returns moisture evenly to your foods.

We cook a 20-22lb turkey so I sadly had to send the pan back. I use it for bigger parties - mostly roasted ham (or two) and roasted duck. I never go over 450F while roasting - I never had any bad experiences with the material. |
