I was very impressed at the efficiency of ordering, product being mailed and arriving in such a fantastic time schedule. I had ordered exact product from cuisinart.com and 3 months later still no product and finally they cancelled order because time lapse from time of order and not having the product on stock. The product arrived and was exactly what I ordered. Will use Amazon for further needs. THANKS!
