Cuisinart BRK-200 Brick Oven Deluxe, Stainless Steel

Comment: I bought this brick oven and ordered all space parts directly from Conair.
After the had my credit card number, they send me some items I didn`t orderd
one ordered item was so insufficient packed, that it arrived broken. After payment
Conair refuses any communication. I had to send back all. Now they don`t want to give
my money back !!!
Also I wrote to the management - no reaction !
Don`t buy from this company !!!!!

Comment: I love this one after reading all the reviews and even more when seeing it. So excited to see how long it can work well!
For someone who says there's missing the crumb tray, it is in the back of the oven, just draw it out below the convection fan. But I still don't know what it is for :) Is it to clean the dirt and crumb falling down from the oven?
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. This is the highest model of Cuisinart oven, I hope it deserves to its brand name.

Comment: Bought oven as a gift for my husband and it is the best present I ever got him (we have been married for over 20 years)! The pizza from the oven is fantastic and the salmon we did was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. I have recommended it to all of my friends.

Comment: I am on my second (soon to be third under 3-year warranty) Brick Oven 200 from Cuisinart. As much as I love the brick oven I am having problems with the broiler going on and off while I am using bake or convection bake, causing my pies and meringues to burn.
Usually I would not notice if the broiler switches on and off because most dishes I cook are covered, but trying to bake with the broiler on is a different matter.
I contacted Cuisinart today on my second oven (an extremely long wait to get through - ½ hour or more) and I was told after the customer service rep. spoke to a supervisor, to move my pie to a lower level. I was not happy with their suggestion and told them I was calling for warranty service - again!
I found their customer service to be below par, time-consuming and expensive since they expect you to pay for postage both ways, and I am not expecting my replacement oven broiler to be any better since the last two had problems. I question why they have discontinued this oven - especially after seeing the rave reviews, and I am questioning if there is a flaw with the broiler. (They say there is not). Too bad since the oven is attractive, versatile (has bake, toast, convection bake and broil), convenient, brick-lined, has a high maximum temperature and a large interior.

Comment: Product looks and functions well, pretty much as advertised. Unit is quiet in convection mode and can be located pretty close rear wall. Top rack tips down for tray removal which takes some practice to avoid burnt fingers. Broiler pan is thin and cheezy but 12x12 alternatives appear to be available. Overall I'm pleased with purchase.
