I've had this oven for almost a year now and use it daily. It performs wonderfully and is a great multifunction kitchen appliance. While there are more cons than pros (hence the 4 stars), it is overall a GREAT value and I definitely recommend it.
Pros:
*It cooks pretty evenly on the convection setting, no problem with broiling; perfect toast on level 4 or 5; great with bagels (cut side up)
*Easy to clean (once you get the crumb tray removed)
*Fairly easy to figure out
*Decent size (fits small casseroles, 10" pizzas, 4-6 large slices of bread
Cons:
*An internal light would be REALLY useful.
*The digital display is also not lit and is often hard to read or see.
*The Timer function is integrated into the cook cycle, but the oven does not shut off automatically when the timer ends (only in the Toaster function). This seems a bit dangerous to me. It would be good if it gave you a "one minute left" reminder so you can check the food...Read more

Best Kitchen Appliance EVER!!!,

I have had this toaster oven for a while now and I absolutely LOVE it! I have made manicotti, casseroles, cake, pies, you name it and everything turns out wonderfully. The best thing is that it heats up really quickly and is much more user friendly than a traditional oven. It's kind of like having an oven that has the convenience of a microwave. There are a couple cons but unless they make another one just like it fixing them I would not trade it.
The cons that really stand out for me are that it does not have an auto shut off in the bake function and pulling the rack out after cooking can be pretty difficult as there is not much room for a pot holder and the door gets VERY hot! The start/stop button is also rather frustrating, it will stop the baking if you press it and you'll have to re-enter all the settings (I also do this frequently)
