I have had this oven for a little over one year. I have had to replace the control knobs THREE times!! The control knobs just crumble and are useless!! This is a manufacturing defect by the company. It got so hot that it scorched my kitchen curtains! I moved it a few feet away from the window so it is, now was, in the middle of kitchen because it is a fire hazard! It is now in the garbage can! I will not purchase another Delonghi product!!

I have a had a DeLongi which served me well for many years. Because of this I had no reservations about buying this new model.
It was awful-it would only toast bread on one side-the bottom elements did not heat.
I returned it the same day.
What a shame it is for DeLongi to ruin its reputation with such an inferior product.

Bought this for my mother as an Xmas present. Threw it in the garbage this morning...it lasted only 6 months. I have a EuroProx that I bought at Macy's for $19 that has lasted 7 years. Guess what I'm buying next time?
