Deni 10800 Vertical Rotisserie Oven

Since receiving this product I have made al pastor and rotisserie chicken. Here's my rundown:

* Fits 4.5lb whole chickens
* Cooks quicker than conventional ovens
* Fat cooks off into drip pan
* Top loading; so no moving parts.
* Included metal skewers
* Poultry vs Meat setting
* Center heating coil...helps cook quicker from inside. Separate on/off button for this.
* 4 total coils: Center and 3 coils that surround oven. On low setting, each of the 3 external coils turns on for ~30 seconds and then moves to the next coil. On high setting, 2 of 3 coils turn on and rotate every ~30 seconds or so. So instead of the meat on a skewer that rotates around 1 coil, you have stationary meat in the middle and the external coils turn on/off in rotation
* All parts are washable

Received this item and was disappointed no manual or instructions of any kind was in box. No warranty either. When I inquired about a manual, was told to download it off internet. 31 pages!!! I refused. When the makeshift, carelessly cut, & stapled 'manual' finally arrived and I was able to use it, the ease of clean-up & use is as advertised.

I BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF JUNK WORKED GREAT AT FIRST USED TWICE THEN DIED WONT TURN ALSO HARD TO CLEAN
