I purchased the Deni convection cooker about 12 years ago, used it once and put it aside. 12 years later, single, living alone I kept hearing a rival brand was used by several friends, so I got my old--good as new--Deni out of storage and gave it a second chance. I am thrilled that I did. I cooked a 3 lb. turkey breast and a rather large sweet potato at the same time and it only took 45 minutes. Both were done to perfection and the turkey was moist and delicious. Yes, the glass bowl is a little heavy but manageable. I love it and will be recommending a new version to my daughter-in-law.

I got this book when I got my Deni oven. I rated the oven a 5 star elsewhere. But, the book is not worth the cost. If you can cook at all, you don't need it. The Deni oven is great and easy to use. But rather than buying this book, save some money for chicken wings or sweet potatoes that you are going to put in your new oven. You just don't need this book. Nothing new, nothing special. It will not tell you anything unique about the Deni oven or cooking in it. Just use your recipes and enjoy the oven.

The book is a little 'booklet' that should have come with your Deni for free. Don't get it.

How simple is the Deni? Well, cut up some sweet potatoes, put some brown sugar on them and go! You know how to cook a chicken? Well then just do it. The Deni is quiet and cool in the kitchen. This cookbook was very small and way overpriced. I expected a much larger book with a lot more recipes. Very dissapointed.
