I had a delonghi convection oven for years, it was great, but finally started having electrical problems with the controls- the lights would flash on and off, the display would go blank. Not confidence building, but this was after I'd had it a long time. Replaced it with this one, regretted it ever since. The controls are a pain- you have two dials and one button. Dial to control temperature? No, you have to turn the dial to "bake" and then press the button to cycle through the supported temperatures. Not great but whatever. However, within a couple of months of buying it, one of the LEDs that shows the cooking type ("toast", the most used one) stopped working, so it was hard to tell if I had selected the right one. Then the fan threw a bearing or something, started making a godawful screeching or clunking noise whenever I used a cooking feature that needed the fan.
Also noticed that Williams-sonoma no longer carries the brand- I guess they need to go to a higher quality...Read more
