This review is from: Factory-Reconditioned Hamilton Beach R1325 Counter Top Convection/Rotisserie Oven (Kitchen) I ordered this unit, unboxed it, and noticed the door was hanging down on one side so that it left a gap at the top on that side. I guess if I wanted to heat the kitchen in addition to the food, this would be a desirable feature.
The door's handle is so flexible I was afraid it was going to break off. Back in the box it went. Fortunately, Amazon has an excellent product return system. It was obviously fully reconditioned since the first time we turned it on it made that special "smell" all ovens make the first time they turn on.
Overall for less than half the price of similar products this item has been great. Quality isn't as bad as others have suggested but the door design could use some improvement. To be honest when I read the other review about how "flexible" the door handle was I didn't want to buy this unit but when it arrived and I checked it out it's just fine unless you plan putting lots of weight on it intentionally it should be fine with years of regular service. Does not have a good seal on the door unit. When this unit was received it was suppose to include two interior racks and it only contained one.
