Comment: Happy with this toaster. Nice design. Easy to spot how much longer the toast will take by a series of bright, blue lights. Perhaps a bit slow, but a good product.

Comment: The first one that I ordered was DOA, it would not work at all. Amazon sent a replacement very quickly, and although it did work the center heating coils only partially worked. You got a very uneven piece of toast, one side was ok the other was half done. It was easy to see that the center coils would not heat properly.
I gave up and also sent this back. Still looking for one that works, but I would not recommend this one to anyone.

Comment: Love this toaster. I like crispy toast and in one try not twice in the toaster. This looks great and it's a great price as well.

Comment: Love this toaster! I've been so disappointed in the bread toasted in several other brands, usually not uniform and more brown on one side than the other. The Haier makes it perfect every time. I like the slightly wider slot for heavy breads, and the ability to hit the "reheat" button and not have to watch it, as it times it perfectly!
