I'm not sure how this oven performs. As I din't own it long enough to know. (My friends with a bunch of kids have a toaster/oven/broiler that they've been using for years! At least ten. Don't know what their brand is, but it's definitely not this one.)

That was my second time using this oven... (sigh...)
The first time I toasted bread. It came out crisp and perfect.
The second time I was baking potatoes. At some point I opened the door to check how done they were, and from that moment on, the door wouldn't close. There is a part that is supposed to keep it tightly shut, and my guess is that that part gave way. Broke. Now there's a 1/2 an inch gap*. The door opens horizontally towards the bottom. Never got this product. After purchasing, it took almost 3 weeks before I received an email that it was ready to ship. After another 2 days, received an email saying it was being shipped. The next day received an email that the item couldn't be shipped to a PO Box. Total waste of time!
