Summary: Hamilton Beach Digital 4 Toast Toaster 2010-02-26

Comment: I purchased this Hamilton Beach toaster last year and was very happy with it for the first 4 months untill the digital eliments on the right side went out. Hamilton Beach customer service was happy to send me a new toaster if I cut off the plug on the older toaster and sent it in along with shipping charges. Three weeks later I recieved my new toaster. It lasted 2 months before the same digital eliments went out again. Hamilton again agreed to replace it and at my request send a non digital toaster. The customer service was very good but the toaster just didn't hold up.
