Er, um, ah, well, I bought this at Costco and love it! It toasts both sides completely, not just the upper or lower part on one side or another like others I've had in the past.

Toaster looks nice but does not have the balls "watts" to get the job done. With a plain wheat bagel and the toaster set at its highest setting "duration", it takes twice, 2X, two cycles...... or plainly said (WAY TO LONG TO TOAST ANY KIND OF BREAD). Also Costco sells this for $19.99 + Tax of course.
