I did a lot of research before I bought this. I wanted a slicer to make jerky, mostly from venison. I have used it frequently this season and couldn't be much happier. It is a little hard to clean in some spots but other than that it is great. I filled an online application for a amazon card and got a $40 dollar discount making the unit like $54.00.

A GREAT deal.

(3) The four suction cups on the bottom of the slicer SHOULD hold it in place as you slice but NO, it skates all over the counter. I finally had to wedge a box of...Read more
