KitchenAid KMT411OB 4-Slice Toaster, Onyx Black

We purchased this toaster for use in our small office. It gets quite a bit of use all day long. It has a fantastic bagel feature, which takes a little longer than the regular feature, but evenly toasts even the thickest of bagels. It's a very attractive toaster and we are all quite pleased with it!

Im still out on this one.The right side is fine but the left is popping up within 10 seconds no matter what setting.
The right side makes Great toast so im not sure yet.

This KitchenAid toaster is great! I was looking for a good toaster that wouldn't need to be replaced in a years time but didn't want to have to fork out over $100 to do so. Toaster is easy to use, very simple buttons and a knob to turn for darkness level (1-5), crumb trays are "hidden" on the sides. Wide slots and even have the lever for "extra lift" so you don't need to stick your fingers (or a utensil) into the slots to remove a smaller piece of bread/bagel etc. The only feature it doesn't have that I wish it did was a "frozen toast/waffle" button -- however, putting a frozen waffle in on the lightest setting is enough to thaw it, then I just put it back down for another cycle on 2-3 darkness & it's perfect!

PROS: sleek design, easy to use, wide slots, extra lift lever, bottom of the toaster has a place to store to the cord, toasts relatively fast & sturdy construction, reputable brand

CONS: no "frozen" button, cord is on the shorter side
