Make enough chili for the whole gang. Steam/poach vegetables, seafood, and poultry. Slow cooks less tender cuts of meat, too. This roaster contains differentiating features such as an extra-high domed, self-basting cover to retain moisture, and a "Circle of Heat" heating element that cooks from the side for moist, even cooking. The removable cookwell makes clean-up a snap.

I've used this oven roaster several times now, It seems to bake and roast a little better than my regular gas stove oven. And the big plus-it's easier to clean.
