Nesco American Harvest 4842-14-30 Non-Stick 12-Quart Convection Roaster Oven, White

I had my doubts at first, but this oven works well. Even heating, browns meat nicely. The best thing about it is the ability to buy replacement parts (non-stick cook liner $24). Recommended for all.

I have a few electric nonstick roaster, that I love. Nesco is my favorite.

I thought with the convection oven (Fan!) I would get a crisp skin on a turkey or chicken, but all it did was "Steam" my turkey, and leave the skin White, and yucky looking, and feeling, but the Turkey did taste good.
If you do not care how your turkey looks, this would be fine. Although allot of paparika does wonders!
If you just have one oven,This does free up your oven for other foods to cook...
Also in the summer, I have pluged these types of roasters in outside, so the house does not get hot.
Not sure about this one, but I'm sure you can also bake a cake in there!

We do not eat the skin, but it was ugly to serve it, and some people like the skin. I bought two and got the same results.

I've had this oven for at least 5 years and I use it all the time. Originally I bought it to use for Thanksgiving at mom's house because we always run out of oven space. One very nice thing about the oven is that you can plug it in anywhere if you have limited kitchen space, and it's out of the way. It makes absolutely the best turkey we've ever had, and it comes out beautifully brown and moist every time. On a day-to-day basis, I find myself using it as a sort of "junior" oven when I have small amounts of food to bake or I don't want to use the stove oven and heat up the whole kitchen. It's a great product!
