The Vertical Roaster is ideal for cooking poultry and waterfowl in your BBQ or your oven. The roasting cone radiates heat into the center cavity of the bird. ( This quickly cooks the poultry from the inside, while giving the outside a nice golden brown skin ) Simply fill the base drip pan with broth, beer, wine or basting juices. The liquid is slowly absorbed into the bird during cooking to maximize flavor and juiciness. Add veggies and potatoes around the bottom and you have a delicious meal roasted in one pan. The Vertical Roaster is made from a high quality Aluminum and is non-stick coated inside and out for easy clean up. Proudly made in the USA by Nordic Ware.

This product was terrible. First time I used it, all the non-stick peeled off.
Nordicware customer service was not very helpful. The item comes with a 10 year warranty but this didn't make it past its first use. They want you to spend the money to return the item along with the receipt at which time they will repair or replace the item prorated. Who would want the same item that didn't make it past it's first use?

My pan peeled also but that didn't stop me from using it. It makes a great crispy/juicy chicken and I never prepare one any other way now. Stick the chicken on the pan, put your favorite rub on the outside and put it in the oven - delicious!
