Very flimsy toaster won't work unless you "jiggle the handle" . Griddle must be preheated 15 minutes at least or the egg is under the removable surface. Too much hassle to return and would only get a replacement not a refund

Bought this toaster and after unwrapping it wanted to do the "test run". The toast didn't warm up and the little frying pan tray didn't really heat up either. Obviously it had to be broken. I returned it and got my money back. The seller was out of the toasters so I didn't get a replacement.
