Really love the concept, will keep looking for one that works correctly, but unfortunately this one does not.

Why I don't like it:
there is a little basket that the hot dogs go which goes in the slot...this basket has slots for the hot dogs (one would imagine such a thing). These slots are also circular (another well imagined idea). The problem is that the slots are not much bigger than the hot dog itself and as such, if you cook to the point where it swells, you WILL be taking the hot dog out in pieces because it will not come out that slot.

I like my dogs well done, not just warm and this not only causes me to cook them until they swell beyond the size of the slot that is holding them up, but I have to cook them twice (once of course does not cause the swelling, but they are not 'cooked' to me)

The buns NEVER really toast either, just on the tips, this also sucks.

This thing is the cat's pyjamas! I've never found a product that could easily allow me to gain 25lbs in a month! If you like hotdogs, and I know I do, there's no way you should pass up an opportunity to own this!

This works well. Quick and easy and the kids think it is great. I wish you could make more than 2 dogs at a time. This will get used.
