I have owned several pizza ovens over the last 15 years. You get what you pay for. I was looking for something that would work for the late night pizza craving. This is hardly what I was looking for. The only thing it has going for it is the size. Aside from that, the pizzas cook completely uneven from the outside in. Middle is soggy and undercooked while the outer edges are overcooked. I cooked 3 pizzas in this oven thinking that the issues could have been occuring because it was new. WRONG. All 3 pizzas cooked exactly the same way. It is so bad I won't even give it away to anyone. If you are looking for a pizza oven, my suggestion is to spend a little extra money and avoid this one.
