Comment: We have been using the Nuwave for over a year and absolutely love it. We cook a variety of meats and vegetables in it. Everything comes out perfect and delicious. I am talking fish, beef, chicken whole and parts, rib roast and a whole turkey. This past Sunday the dome cracked while doing ribs. It appears to be cracking from the inside. Once this happened, I start looking on the internet and found this dome cracking is a problem. IMO This is better cooking than you can get from a oven. I do not understand why the company will not correct this cracking dome problem. Without hesitation, my wife said lets get another one. I thought about ordering another dome but the website say it is refurbished with minor scratches. This is a problem and the company sells a refurbished with minor scratches?? I plan to write the company just to voice my concerns over this dome cracking problem and these refurbished domes.

Comment: Got this for my wife for Valentines day and she saw it when arrived and beg for me to let her have it early. So the loving husband that i am i did. Boy it was easy to put togther and she has been cooking with it ever since. the first thing she cooked in it was a frozen chicken breast and it turned out AWESOME! then she made french fries and now she is cooking frozen bacon in it. I have to say i was impresed when i went back later on the chicken after it had been sitting out for a bit and it wasn't rubbery or hard. So yes this was the best investment that i have made on a kitchen appliance!

Comment: Cornish game hens, chicken wings, whole chicken, chicken legs, pork roast and the most perfectly cooked roast beef this machine makes these meats taste the most amazing! I cannot believe the flavor in the meats and the nice crispy brown skin and all the fat in the bottom that comes out and how juicy and flavorful the meat stays. Buy an instant read meat thermometer so you can adjust the timing and make sure to turn everything over. Also great for reheating and making appetizers all hot and bubbly without using your regular oven. I have plenty of time so I cannot comment on cooking from frozen I always defrost first. I am not interested in using this to cook an entire meal as I do not like the idea of meat juices mingling with my veggies but the way meat comes out restaurant quality made this a very smart purchase. I am totally amazed!

Comment: Customer service is efficient in replacing the defective head heating system which is what cooks the food. I'm not happy that this oven broke with minimal usuage. As a result my wife ended up with uncooked chicken. Since then, she does not want to use it again so I have it in my closet collecting dust.

Comment: I watched the infomercial and was intrigued. The product looked great and they were offering all kinds of free items... In order to get the "free" items, all I had to do was simply pay for the shipping and handling. I went to their web site, but I couldn't find any info on the "shipping and handling". I had to enter my credit card info and mailing address to get the "shipping and handling details. I quickly noticed a trend. The "shipping and handling" ended up being about twice what the "free" items were worth. I decided that I didn't want anything to do with this product afterall, and started looking for a cancel button. There wasn't one. I clicked back and it didn't work. With no other option, I had to close the browser to get away from this site.

The next day, I checked my email and was informed that I was the owner of a Nu-Wave oven and that it had just left the warehouse. I couldn't believe it. I hadn't finished the order. I hadn't clicked on a "confirm order" button. I have placed many online orders, and have never been screwed like this before. I called the company and explained that I had not completed the order. They said that I had, but if I didn't want the package, all I had to do was refuse it and they would refund my credit card.

Fine. That's what I did. And they refunded all but $30.00. I called and asked why, and they told me that I had requested next day delivery and that would not be refundable. I had requested no such thing. Watch out for this company. They aren't reputable!
