What a horrible little toaster this is! I bought it for the looks, thinking one toaster is pretty much like another. WRONG! Cheaply made - the little metal bar that supports the bread inside comes out of the side slots and is impossible to put back into place without bending the bar. It's also very "touchy" as far as the electronic controls go. If you opt to cancel before the toaster deems your bread to be done, it's almost impossible to toast a second batch. I had to unplug the toaster and let it re-set itself. I've had mine for 3 months, and it went in the garbage today.

We were looking for a toaster that looked stylish while sitting on the counter. It not only looks great, it toasts great. We're very happy with it. It's easy to use, light weight and tucks away nicely into our cabinet if we're not using it. We have other Oster products and are pleased with the quality.
