Excellent toaster-oven for the the price. Oven temp is withing 10 degrees of setting at mid range and at mex temp. Perfect size for two people. Toasting is always perfectly even. External surfaces stay relatively cool. Well constructed with smooth operation of the controls and door. I did not give it 5 stars because the door is not connected to the tray or rack to bring it out a little when the door is opened.

Nice working unit. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the more expensive units but that's the point, being affordable. It does a good job but the heating is a little uneven, that's why the 3 stars
