2 Slice Toaster- Black

It seemed like a good deal when we bought it but it wasn't a good buy. PROS: It toasts waffles, bagels, and muffins in addition to regular bread. CONS: It is bulky. It does not do a good job of toasting wheat breads, requiring one and a half cycles. Should have a longer cycle but perhaps cycle is not longer because it might burn white breads. Does not toast evenly. Very difficult to clean. Cannot get plastic top off to clean metal underneath. Designed that way so that users do not touch hot metal but should be able to remove plastic top to shine metal underneath which gets quite dirty. Crumb tray too narrow. Cord is short coming out of bottom right.

I bought this toaster because it was highest rated by consumer reports and I liked the looks. It doesn't toast consistently and cord way to short.The cancel button and light quit working a few months after purchase.The merchant didn't respond to email about complaint with this purchase.Very disappointed with this product. Not recommended.

Made of plastic exterior, it had looked liked it was going to be Stainless Steel. Inside burners are uneven in toasting from outside burners
