Don't waste your money on the Oster 6330. I couldn't even get the push-down lever to lock in place to "prepare for first time use" as instructed!!! I couldn't get through the 800 number, so I read the reviews at Target where my husband bought this toaster--I wish he'd read this before purchasing. Customers complained about the toaster burning breads while the center remained raw, or the toaster stopped working after a few times--including the push-down lever! Needless to say, either my husband or myself will return asap! I'm still looking for a good, working 4-slice toaster.

Purchased this one to replace a Braun long slot that failed prematurely (one side of the heating elements stopped working after only 18 months). This one functions about the same as the broken Braun. In order to get both sides of the bread toasted, you need to flip it over about halfway through the toasting cycle. I'll be returning it to get another brand.

I did not buy this toaster from Amazon. It was bought at Walmart. BUT it's the same toaster. I would estimate 1/3 of the filaments work. It really is junk. I looked the toaster and came to the conclusion it must have been put together by 6 and 7 year old Chinese kids. It was bought after my Amazon purchased T-Fal 4 slice toaster croaked after 18 months. ALSO another junk toaster. It should have lasted longer than 18 months. Beware of Oster appliances. That was my first and last Oster anything for me.
