This is the perfect replacement for our Farberware Rotissiere, our appliance is now almost 40 years old but still cooks great but it was difficult getting the replacement parts until I found them on Amazon.

I bought one of these for a Farberware Open Hearth replacement. After about 5 uses, the plug started arcing, which melted/burned a hole clear through the platic housing on the plug. I bought this becuase I was concerned with the safety of the 30 year old, questionable looking, plug that I originally had. I wish I would have kept the 30 yr. plug instead of the Made in China junk that lasted a couple of months. On the plus side, it was cheap.

The little metal things inside the plastic holes, one of them wasn't opened, had to take needle nose pliers to enlarge. Ended up breaking part of the plastic casing, but make it work. Not good quality control, but priced right. Hopefully they all aren't all made that way, probably just mine. Didn't want to take the time to send back, as shipping was 1/2 the cost.
