This product was purchased to replace my Black and Decker that I lost in my divorce. I had the B and D one for about 7 years. After about 6 or 7 months of having this oven, the buttons started to break (the plastic bubble on top of the buttons cracked and peeled off). It still worked, so who cares right? Then somewhere around month 14, the unit caught fire. What happened was the elements on the top of the oven MELTED right off. This product was mostly used for toast or "grilled cheese" for the kids. I don't remember even having a chance to really bake anything in there yet.

We contacted the manufacturer and they kept saying they would send us a replacement, but month after month is going by and no replacement. All calls back to them say "we will send it now" and it never happens. We have been doing this for so long that last month I just threw it out and I give up. I'm fed up of the lies.
