The cookbook is written especially for the rotisserie, with step-by-step instructions. Also included is a 9-1/2-by-9-1/2-by-2-1/2-inch nonstick wire basket that is deep enough to hold lobster, lots of vegetables, and other foods when it's placed on the rotisserie's spit and slowly turned to roast what's inside.
