Comment: I love this rotisserie, it makes my life so much easier and my kitchen so much cooler by using it. The flavor of everything I have cooked so far is excellent. It is also easy to store when not in use. I even bought my sister one after I used it a couple of times and she is really happy with it.

Comment: I haven't even used it yet and already give it a low score. First, the door does not stay shut and it hit me in the head while I was trying to store it above the counter. And second, it did NOT include 3 accessories that were clearly stated on the box as being included! Unfortunately, since I didn't purchase it-- it was a gift-- I cannot get replacement parts unless I buy them. Not a good first impression!!!

Comment: I'm incredibly disappointed with Ronco's customer service. I spent a bunch of money to have the oven sent next-day hoping to use it tonight to make dinner. Unfortunately I opened the box to find the heat reflector was missing. I called customer service thinking they'd send it out asap. Nope. First of all, customer service has been outsourced to India, and I was on hold waiting to speak to someone for 10 mins. And second, the guy didn't understand what I was saying. Finally, when he figured out that I was trying to tell him the heat reflector was missing, the very unapologetic man told me I had to register the thing online and then fax my request for the missing part, along with a copy of my receipt, to somewhere in California. I told him it was ridiculous, and he told me that was company policy. I think Ronco should refund my next-day shipping fees, and send the missing part out using next-day service as well. Apparently it's impossible to speak with any sort of competent customer service rep in the States. All I can do is fax or leave a message. I wish I would've known Ronco's customer service was this unprofessional before I bought the oven.

Comment: I love these Rotisseries so much this is my third one. I use it very often and have nothing but praise for this easy to use and easy to clean up product. I have especially appreciated the versatility and the varying sizes available to match the changing size of my families needs. Nothing beats this product for cooking chicken, pork loin and roast beef.

Comment: I purchased one of the pro rotisseries and paid over 200 for it and when I ordered a replacement part was lied to for 3 months before giving up not worth having if you cannot use it. Ron had a great idea but in the end he is just another pitch man. too bad.
