I wanted to wait before I wrote a review and I thought tonight as I was using the oven, well...it is about a year and I've been 99% pleased with this appliance. I was very impressed when I got it because of the weight and solidity of the appliance. It almost feels like a commercial appliance. Thus far, the only thing I don't like about it is (with my 50+ presbiopic eyes) the temp and function and timer labels are small and hard to read. Other than that, I've found it as great or better than my old Delonghi Convection Toaster Oven. I've owned two Delonghi toaster ovens. I got my first one at Zabars after seeing it very highly rate in the NY Times. I must say that I was not in the market for a new one and my last Delonghi was working great but the function knob broke off the shaft and the only way I could change function was with a pair of pliers but also difficult to know what I was setting...Read more Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) We liked the functionality, appearance and normal performance - but, if it stops working - well . . . we are dissatisfied. No warranty info with the unit packaging. The Bella website - "under construction" . The Sensio website showed no info for Bella. Can't wait to talk to customer service! |
