Summary: Horrible 2010-01-10
Comment: Worst toaster ever. I went through 3 bagels and a half loaf of bread before coming up with something edible. Returned it and bit the bullet on something 4x the cost (KitchenAid). I guess toasters are not an area one can skimp on.

Comment: I've owned several Sunbeam products and have always been pleased, until this toaster. The first piece of toast is ok, but after that watch out! You have to stand over the toaster making sure it doesn't burn the toast and even if you lower the temperature, it's bad to burn one side of the toast. Toasters never last long so I decided to get a cheaper one this time around. I guess I got just what I paid for--a junker.
