Comment: This toaster looks great and has many neat features; it can hold and toast extra long slices of bread, allows you to push the lever above toasting level so you never need a fork to pick smaller slices of toast out, has slots plenty wide enough for toasting thick bagels, beeps when the toast is ready. I give it only 3 stars because 2 of it's more important functions don't do a very good job. My toast, even on the lightest setting always gets slightly burnt on one corner (it's not toasting it evenly) and the lightest setting already toasts bread pretty dark. I can't even imagine what the darkest setting would do but char a slice of bread practically to ashes.

Comment: I like the toster very much. We have only used it for a few weeks, but it is working very well.

I chose this toaster because I toast large slices of bread (from Panera) and this toaster will fit them. If the slots were just another inch or so longer I could toast four slices of the "normal" bread we eat.

The settings are very consistent. Toast comes out the same so far at the same setting. The bagel setting is very nice.

Comment: My husband really wanted a 4 slot toaster so we chose this one, I have to say for the price I am impressed! Hubby was questionable at first for this style toaster but after using it for a few days he sees how great it is. It does take awhile to get the settings just right for certain items at first. He can put 4 pieces of toast in or two long pieces (which works for me, less hassle than using the oven when i'm cooking!). It's a great piece and we are both highly satisfied with the toaster
