Amazon.com Review
Perfect for a large family, inexpensive, and easy to operate, this handsome chrome/white-plastic toaster accommodates four slices of thick breads, bagels, and Pop-Tarts-size frozen snacks at once. (It even has settings for Pop-Tarts on its two browning controls--one control for each pair of slots.) Its large slots measure 5-1/2 inches long, 5 inches deep, and 1-1/4 inches wide, and its two lift levers--one for each slot pair--rise high so you can remove small items safely. Another advantage is that the toaster's exterior stays cool during use. One disadvantage is that its crumb trays don't slide out, and, consequently, cleaning requires you to lift the toaster to open the hinged crumb trays. Overall, the toaster measures 12 inches wide, 7 inches high, and 10 inches deep. Accompanying the toaster are coupons worth $5 for such foods as Pop-Tarts and Eggo waffles. --Fred Brack

Comment: The toaster does accommodate various sizes of breads, and has multiple settings which allow one to toast items to different levels concurrently. I would call it adequate overall. There are drawbacks. Unless one presses the handles down very firmly, one will find that the heating mechanism is not activated, though the handles appeared totally depressed. The heating settings are unpredictable, and items may need to be toasted more than once. When I toasted an English muffin, it became stuck within the toaster and had to be removed from the lower "crumb cleaning" area.
