Comment: I would purchase this product over and over. Talk about durability. This toaster oven was built to last. I would definitely recommend this product. I have nothing negative to say about this product. In fact, when I first received the oven it was damaged. The customer service handled the replacement without any issues at all.

Comment: I bought this little oven in June 2007 after I redid my kitchen. It served me well. I toasted in it, made bagels, cooked pizza, cookies, I even baked a whole chicken in it one day when I didn't feel like heating up the entire kitchen with my regular oven. It served me well and I had no reason to think it wouldn't.

Last night I came home from work and the front of the oven had the reading "1" on it. Strange, I pressed a few buttons but nothing worked, leafed through the pamphlet, didn't see anything about it, I unplugged it and went about my business. This morning, I come into the kitchen to heat up something while I shower, like always. I plug in the little oven and nothing. No lights, no beep, no reaction whatsoever.

So, I get a little over a year of service from a product that is supposed to cost 100 bucks! Ridiculous! Mind you, I have a vintage mixmaster from 1954 that gets regular use and is still going strong. The Villaware website doesn't even list this oven as something they make so, what am I supposed to do?

Comment: I would call our family "Toaster Oven Power Users" for sure. We go through a toaster oven every two years. This is my favorite yet. The convection bake and broil cooks very evenly. We cook everything in it that will fit- pies, cookies, muffins, cornbread, etc. It also toasts four or six pieces of bread perfectly (depending on the slice size). My only hang up is the CRAZY LOUD beeping. I don't like risking waking up the baby while cooking, and you have to hit the buttons a million times to get it from the default cook time (30 minutes) to the actual cook time and it beeps with every single touch. It also beeps non-stop when the cooking time has elapsed, so you have to physically stop what you are doing and run to the oven when it's done. But, it doesn't make any noise while it's cooking, unlike other dial toaster ovens that go tick-tick-tick.

Comment: This oven is really great! It cooks/reheats everything better than any oven I've ever owned. The fan bake setting is the best - that's the convection oven setting. I heat up frozen waffles with this & they're perfectly crispy & golden. Also did a batch of chocolate chip cookies - some in this oven & most in my regular/full-size oven & the ones cooked in this convection oven were superior - more full & no burning, even on the bottom. Also really like the cool tray & holder that comes with. Auto timer is also helpful, I sometimes need reminding my food's done. Great product!
