Product Description
VillaWare hand-cast cookware is made with a care and attention to detail sadly lacking in many modern day products. This roaster was hand-poured, not machine-poured, allowing it to be made of 99% pure aluminum, without the impurities necessary for the machine-casting process. Its hand-cast body has microscopic pores which not only transfer heat rapidly but also retain heat naturally, using less energy. The thick cast sidewalls and bottom cannot warp. The interior is Premium QuanTanium non-stick coated and the exterior is hand-polished to a gorgeous luster. A cast lid is extra heavy which creates a vapor lock three times the strength of regular lids, for super-efficient self-basting cooking.
