I have this toaster a little over two years , And it works great. My old 1949 GE toaster finally broke down. This new Waring toaster even looks the same as my old GE , but with modern led buttons. All I can say it cost more than the average cheap plastic ones you will find , but should last you a long time. I did purchase it from Katom and had no problem. Happy toasting.
