We are very satisfied with this purchase. So far we have made several pizzas, pies, and even one Rotisserie Chicken. The oven temperature seems to be accurate. However, as far as even browning we have noticed that the side opposite the convection fan tends to brown first but not so much that it is very noticeable. To alleviate any concern we have rotated the food half way through the time. We also have used the broiler feature to make garlic toast. It worked very quickly. We were able to do 6 slices of bread at one time. Contrary to other reviewers we have found that the oven is not noisy. Nor does it radiate an external heat that is extreme as some have stated. Although the top of the oven says "'Caution: Hot"' one can hover your hand 3 to 4 inches above and around the whole oven with out feeling a single discomfort. We think that is reasonable after all it is an oven that can reach 500 degrees. Another aspect we like is that the oven has a "Stay On" feature. That way it is not...Read more
